On the last FEMA equipment grant I wrote we were able to get a Circular Cut Off Rescue Saw with a 16" blade very similar to this. I can tell you from experience it's a beast to handle......scared the &*&^ out of me when I had to use it, but it would cut through anything if you were man enough to hold it.
