i was lucky enough to visit iceland in the fall of 2019. i went there on day two of the trip with the intention of taking this photo, though the sky didn't cooperate. luckily i was able to spend some more time on the snaefellsnes peninsula the day before i flew out and captured something much closer to my original vision.
