This is one of the spider wasps, family Pompilidae. Nice find! Females of this family capture and paralyze spiders, drag them into a burrow, and then lay an egg on them. The wasp larvae then eat the spiders alive until they are old enough to pupate and emerge from their burrows (and begin the cycle again). Really cool little critters.
