me like to know too, I shot 30 or so today in RAW trying to get a bumble bee on a flower...30 got deleted! all out of focus. tried both auto and manual, neither with success

I did not prefocus. These guys were all over the place and getting one in focus was exceptionally challenging. I was shooting with my 70-200 2.8 at 2.8 1/1600 ISO 640. I shot 15 frames and got 4 in focus, 1, so-so and the rest were pffftttt, out the door. Fortunately, this location was nearer the end of the path so I'd had quite a bit of practice prior to these shots. Still...probably a bit of luck in here as well.
