The relatively heavy vignette and relatively dark tonality overall makes me think you were going for a "creepy/mysterious" look here, which isn't playing that well with the sepia toning, for me.

I feel like this picture can't make up its mind whether it's a still from a horror movie, or an idyllic and peaceful scene in the woods.

There's a lot to like here, though, as well. Interesting subject, lots of interesting detail, well balanced. A trifle busy, but not too much. Probably viewed bigger that would go away entirely.

I like it, but I actually miss the color... I wasn't thinking "scary," but "lonely and forgotten." I'm no pro... I'm not even an amateur, so don't change a thing on my behalf. Just wanted to share.
