Dust spots are normal/common, even with new DSLRs (if that makes any sense). They show up especially when you shoot at narrow apertures (8, 9, and above) and when you are shooting against bright blue or light skies. I wouldnt worry about it. You can always clone them out, or you can try any number of sensor cleaning products/methods for SLRs.
