I've setup a scanning 'rig' using my Nikon D90 on a home adapted stand, with a great A4 light pad (from Amazon).
With some experimentation I'm pretty happy with the results, but would appreciate feedback.
This is scanned from a pin-sharp medium format transparency. Opened as a RAW file, virtually no modification in FilmLab, saved and opened in Affinity. No sharpening or other modification there, just a vey small tonal curve mod. This of course is a size optimised file so at 72dpi won't show the sharpness of the 300dpi original and it's fairly heavily optimised. Any thoughts?
