Can you name this retouching program?

shows the lady being retouched in a program - but it does not appear to be photoshop. Could anyone tell me its name?

I don't know what the program is, but it's nothing you can't do with Photoshop.

Cool video. I'm not sure what program that is but most artists/clients use Illustrator or Photoshop

My guess is that it is photoshop but with the layout changed... perhaps to avoid any legal issues with Adobe.
