CANADA: Where can I get archival quality mail-order prints??

I love Mpix Pro, but they're based in the United States and are completely unwilling to work with Canadians on an alternative to their standard shipping option. They only offer $30 next-day FedEx shipping, which is great that it comes so fast. But when I want to order $10 worth of prints and shipping costs 3 times that, it sucks. AND THEN you get a bill in the mail for another $15 in brokerage fees & taxes on top of that. So $10 worth of prints turns into $55.

So basically, I'm looking for somewhere IN CANADA that can provide archival quality prints with reasonable shipping options. I don't care how fast they come so long as it's not 6 weeks or something outrageous. Basically I'm just looking for somewhere that offers a variety of print options like Mpix or any other pro lab would offer. Different types of coatings, printing on different types of paper, metallic prints, etc. I'm not worried about the fancy boxes they offer or any of the boutique stuff, JUST the prints!
