Lens Body Condition: Very good... shows cosmetic wear from normal use. For a large tele, I'd say it shows signs of wear from lighter-than-average wear. Minor nicks/scratches to the pain but no brassing, no scratches through the paint, no dents or dings. Very well cared for lens.


Lens Glass Condition: Basically perfect. Glass is flawless. A few specks of dust is all. Nothing that is visible in photos.


Sale Includes: Lens, original leather lens cap, lens hood, Lowepro lens case, Canon CPS strap, upgrades lens case strap, original Canon lens case, as well.

Reason for selling: I just graduated college and accepted a full-time job at a newspaper. I'm going to have to move across the state, so I need the money and no longer need this lens in my personal arsenal since I'll be using pool gear now.

This lens is absolutely awesome. It has served me so well and produced almost all of my favorite photos. This lens has seen some awesome action, too, including the 2011 Liberty Bowl, the 2012 Big East Tournament Finals, Major League Baseball, NFL, and a lot more. I love this lens and it's been my prized procession since I got it a little over a year ago. I've babied it. The gentleman I bought it from on here babied it before me.


Sharp, fast, makes you look like a real pro when you carry it... this lens is awesome. The only reason I'm selling it is to finance my move across the state to start my new job as a newspaper photojournalist. Since I won't be using my own equipment for work anymore, I don't really need to keep this lens.
