Kaa-Iya del Gran Chaco National Park,Chaco, Bolivia, Kaa-Iya is a park larger than Belgium and it worth a visit for Toucans, Jaguars, Ocelot and Pumas. However it is a long distance from Santa Cruz and very hot

Argentine Black-and-white Tegu, Salvator merianae, with lots of butterflies.
Apparently a few weeks before I was there in October there were none.

Brilliant finds with the reptiles, they dont eat butterfly's it seems.
They don't seem to - but the foxes there eat moths and the caracaras do eat butterflies - I wish I had photographed that.
Nice shots of some interesting creatures ... :encouragement:
Thank you very much

Nice shots!
