Cheap Speedlite

Soo..I found this cheap speedlite from target and it's called targus. I want to know if it's a good start to buy this one and take photos with it. One more question, I'm doing an indoor shoot later on this week and would it be good to use the speedlite indoor or is that a bad idea?

depends on what you're shooting. bouncing the light from the strobe up on to the ceiling can create nice soft shadows.

i got mine at target for $50 but then i found some on ebay and other sites for $25.
