I know my screen is pretty dark, but I can't see the text in #2 at all so I voted nr.1.

Maybe you could put a small flash light under it as a spot too... Would show much, much farther. :lol:

okay...I really have to calibrate my monitor before I post anymore. anybody know how to calibrate a flatscreen MAC without a special calibrating tool?

hhmmmmmmmm... I think the problem is my screen is screwy so when I adjusted the pics they look fine to me but dark to everyone else. I think I;ve found a tutorial on how to do it without a spyder thingy. I hope it works.
