Cheetah Harrassed by Jackals

[baturn]

A quick chase (the rest of the chase was either motion blurred or not captured at all, as I was totally unprepared)

more harrassment

Then she was bored with the whole thing.

I just love jackals. These creatures are just something else, they always work in pairs and are mates for life like humans; well, most of us anyway! .
One of them distracts the predators like Hayenas or Lions and the other steals the food while they aren't looking. One of the most cleverest & hugely underestimated animals on earth.

Great shots baturn, wouldn't mind seeing more of these

Great shots Brian! I love the 2nd one in particular. Just something about cats, no matter how big they are they are such.. cats... lol.

Thanx guys. I'll try to find at least a couple more from the same sequence that are fit to post. I know I took quite a few but not all came out well because of motion blur , missed focus and other operator errors.
