Not a fan of the selective coloring.

Would be interesting to see the color version.

Not bad, but the parked car/taxi really kills it - why didn`t you wait till he was gone and take another shot? I would also advise to redo the selective colour with more saturation in the red and lose the small bits of colour in the flags etc.
