I like it, I'm with the others on the white balance and the softness... also it's a bit "flat" levels wise.
Also, I'm not a fan of the color of the bear. I try never to pick props that are too close to the subject's skin color.
When I first looked at this picture, during the first split second, I thought, "What's wrong with that little girl's face?!" The bear's fur is almost identical to the girl's skin.
If the bear were white or a darker brown, it would work much better.
That said, it's still an adorable picture. Great job

As for the prop---it belonged to the little girl. She clung to it, until she warmed up to me
Did you desaturate part of the image or do something around the eyes like try to intensify the color? It looks like her eyebrows have some funny coloring. I can't tell if you desaturated it since it is so blue, but her brows look odd.
