Hi all.

I own a D70, and I really like it. The only problem to me is the flash.

I will buy a flash and I'm thinking of a Nikon SB-800 or a Metz 54 MZ-4.

Does anyone of you guys have a sugestion abou these or other flashes?
Which one would you choose?

What (online)shops have you guys used with reasonable satisfaction?

Thanks.

Does the Metz 54 MZ-4 support iTTL?

I've heard nothing but great things about the SB800.

Thanks for your answer voodoocat.

I thought so, but while reviewing the specs again, I didn't find it all...

I will probably choose the SB800

Does anyone owns an SB800? What are your impressions about it?

Thanks.

Personally I like the Sunpak 555 and 622 handlemount flash. They're versitle though some people would rather have a camera mount.

They can be used in manual mode, auto mode and there are attachments for TTL. The attachments are sold by camera model. I've never used them since most of my work is done in manual mode. I've used both models with the Nikon D1X and Olympus E20.

I get most of my equipment through www.bhphotovideo.com and have never been disappointed with them.
