The landscape shot is just too centered. I agree I like the portrait one myself but I kinda feel like its just a christmas tree. I feel like the tv, curtain, and canvas behind the tree, the carpets, the wires draw your eye away from the tree. Yea I know it'd be a lot to move those things but they are distracting. BEAUTIFUL TREE THO I really like your star!

Do you what it is i never saw that before. Its one of the more difficult things to do on the d3100 i think as the screen is a little pixallated.

Did you use auto white balance? Need to adjust the WB.

Yes I do I pump up the satiation a bit. Is auto white balance something that people on here don't use that much.
