A cel phone shot at the parade. My camera battery ran out. The parade celebrated the life style of the campesinos who in this region are mostly coffee farmers. This jeep that looks like a rolling antique store has all sorts of coffee related implements in addition to other stuff. At the bottom of the sign on the roof is a coffee bean shelling machine (the red tray) and hanging off the back is a little basket with coffee beans. On the front bumper are aloe and platano. Aloe is a cure all used by campesinos and sometimes coffee and platano are grown together. What's enveloped in black plastic I have no idea.
