I was going for a fogy look to the water. I used a long exposure. There was nothing done to this in PS.

I like the water! I think you got the exposure just right. It looks soft, and there are no blown out highlights in the water. It can be difficult to achieve that balance. The snow on the large rock in the center might be blown out, though (I always have a hard time being able to tell).

I like the water too. Only change I would have made was to get the snowy rock a little tighter into that lower 1/3 corner of the picture (its a little too close to the center.)

The water's fine. Is the subject of the photo the snow-white dot -dead center- ? The shot isn't telling me anything.
