Out for my walk and I strayed over to a commercial/industrial area. Don't know what they're doing in there that they need all these roof vents -- interesting sight.

A lot going on in that building ... or a lot has gone on over the ages. Some vents are aged others are newer ... looks like a loading dock door has been bricked up in the lower left, a large window in lower right bricked up and the roof has been resealed a couple of times.

So the three rice cooker ones are for HVAC and may have replaced the two boxes & candy cane in the middle. The tall skinny ones are vents for plumbing and general space venting. If 't not a large building, it is probably controlling something underground.
