Most of this images is way too dark. You could attempt to play with the shading or you could crop it down to the interesting section of light and shadow in the upper right hand corner. The clouds and the metal structure are quite nice together if the clarity of the shot can survive that much of a crop. May also do well in black and white with said crop.
