Interesting image. I am not sure it is one that I like, but that is just personal taste.
What is the "lumpish" looking bit growing out of the tree about half way up? I think it is that "thing" that bothers me as it breaks up the clean lines of the tree. Regardless of what it is, I think I would have cloned it out as it is very distracting. It cuts off the tree trunk carrying the viewer's eye to the top of the tree.

I left it in for balance. It's a bugger to clone out but I'll give it a shot. I only shot it because I liked how the sky continued the swirl of the branches. It was a real slow day in the woods.
