Sorry.. Them are black ants.. NM only has Fire ants in Texas......

Are you sure because fire ant's are all over the south in these states. Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and parts of North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and California.
