I think the whites are too hot and you are losing detail in the petals.

Thank you for your comments. I may have overdone the conversion. The petals are not blown in the raw file.

I think Bo4Key is right...the whites look pretty hot on my iMac's monitor. WHAT is super-cool though is the kind of psychedelic spiral action that the center of the flower has...i LOVE that!
