Ok, One more. I have been implementing all your suggestions.

This one was landing on the grass floating in the water and so I wasn't able to get a profile view. As it was I was already laying down with my elbows in the mud/water and the camera/lens very close to getting wetter than I would like.

I used a higher ISO, and so ended up with significantly more noise. I think the composition is good on this one. I kept more in focus...
