Not that I know. It is a statue of an Amerindian dancer, probably an Otomí, who were from this area.

In local fiestas, locals still dress like this when they dance.

Agreed, I thought that maybe there would've been a plaque close to the statue with a description. It's no big deal, I was just curious. Thanks anyway.
