It's one other guy and myself to maintain 4 courthouses/counties, 14 servers, 70'ish computers, 60'ish users, all spread out over the span of about 100 miles or more.

The 2 man crew isn't hard, it's the overall distance that's tough. I love my job, but the traveling and politics gets annoying after awhile.

I'm a mortgage loan officer for a Federal agency. Also a mother of 3. Did play keyboard for a worship band, but have dropped out to keep a closer eye on my teenagers! Still love to play though.

I have been in the US Air Force for 10 years. I started out as a heavy aircraft mechanic. KC-10's (screen name) and E-3's. I am not a flight engineer on the E-3 AWACS. I can't talk a whole lot about my job or what we do, but I sit behind the co-pilot in the flight deck. I have a big panel and I manage all of the engines, fuels, hydraulics, electric stuff, pneumatics, aircraft pressurization, etc. I also plan all of the flight data and handle any in flight emergency. Anything related to the safety of flight or getting the aircraft back on the ground, I'm the guy. I do pretty much everything but steer the plane. It's an awesome job and I just can't imagine doing anything else. It has some stressful moments but I have some awesome training. I get to serve the greatest country in the world at the same time. I can't imagine doing anything else with my life. :mrgreen:
