Nice capture, I would have liked to see the whole tree though.

On the color shot, my thought would be to crop the image just below the longest of the branches that hangs into the frame on the left. You'd still have a nice shot of the setting sun and the most important part of the tree. Those two branches, for me, make the image feel a bit lopsided because you can't really tell where they are coming from. Just my two cents.

I really like the B&W shot. I'm not to fond of the tree being only partially visible in the first though. I think if you removed the little bit of branch in the top left it would look a lot better however.

I like the B&W most. My most vexing problem is trying to get all of the bare tree in the shot when I do these.
