Deciding on a Kodak v610...

I am looking into getting a Kodak v610 camera... does anyone have this? I hear it has an image stabilizer (for digital movies), yet it doesn't have image stabilization... but it has anti-blur technology?? Is this a good camera (I want a point & shoot dig camera with good optical zoom & good mp, this is 6mp & 10x optical zoom).
Also, if anyone knows a good place to get one with a good deal (about $270), that would be helpful too .
