Hi paulzee, interesting shot. I like these types of desert roads, they make nice photography subjects. I do believe that shooting at a longer focal length than you've shot here helps emphasize the subject better. Shot this wide, there is too much empty space on either side, and too much of the composition is road in the foreground.

Sounds about right. I'm in LA on vacation. We drove out to the Honda music road after a our day at Navitat in the San Andreas Mountains and ended up here afterwards.

Nice, a model with some fill light on that road would be a nice detail

I have been on this road ...for miles and miles ....I like the wide angle because that trip is all about the road.... keep it as it is.

The yellow dotted lines in the middle of the road are messed up, go back, re-paint, then re-shoot. Just kidding, I like the pic. Although with both sides of the pic being blurry, it looks like you are moving, if thats what you were going for, then great.
