Developing times

I am shooting with Kentmere 400 and developing my film with Ilford Ilfosol 3 - what would my developing time be.

Their web page shows 6-1/2 min with 1+9 dilution and shot at 400. I would be temped to try a bit less time as well.

I get 7:15 and 1+9 at 20°C/68°F, N 0.
