#2 - too dark.
#1 - I would have squared the left edge of the watch up with the edge of the frame (but that's just my take on the composition). The material it is on shows up bits/bobbles which distract from the main subject. Perhaps a non bobble material and a crop to the right and front would make for a more catalogue type image? Also there is an annoying hair on the metal edge of the watch.

Yes #2 I'd have to agree is dark, and both photos have a BUNCH of lint everywhere. hahah. Oh well.. re-do for this one.
