Digital movie graphics matching Chroma w/photokey 5

This is my first post so be gentle!

I work a lot with chroma and have recently had some requests for shoots that embed the model into either a digital wallpaper, or digital screen shot of popular video games, or other such HD digital renders. I will use Call of Duty as an example.

In this case the forefront character is removed and replaced with the model.

The problem has been in trying to match the detail level of the inset model to match the detail level of the digital background shot.

I have been using photokey 5, and a combination of CS4 and PSP13 for post editting.

Any thoughts or input would be appreciated.

I am not to familiar with stuff like this, but it seems like it maybe just layers. Back Ground Layer, then you work your way up. Of course the coloring has to match, and would be I think the most difficult.

Maybe even look at youtube. That maybe able to point you in the right direction.
