I can see what appears to be a blueish, rounded corner, square, in a sorta pink tinted ground.
I can see it small. I can see it large.
I can see it on my iPad. I can see it on my laptop.

How many internets do I win!

hmm. I don't see a thing, other than the lady looks "slightly" pregnant. But my eyes have deceived me before.

I think the main problem is the under exposure that looks to be a full stop under on the subjects.

Note how Tinderbox (UK)'s edit reducing the exposure makes the artifacts more visible.
Increasing the exposure so the people have the correct skin tone should make the artifacts unnoticeable.

Unfortunately, correcting the exposure post process may cause some other issues with image quality.
So, the best solution is to re-shoot the photo, or not include it in the proofs shown to the customer.
