If you posted less pictures you would get better c&c

the dog is adorable
#1 underexposed
#2 different angle would be better. either shoot from high above or get down on his level. watch for the bg

from all posted above it shows that you could work on understanding how to most effectively compose the shot.

I learned everything I know on www. Just google it and you'll find lots of info.
Maybe someone will tell you about books.

Aside from what has been said, I think the weeds/grass on the beach is distracting. The fur on the dog is like weeds/grass on the beach, and the two are competing for my attention.
