If these are underexposed then that's how I would want them. There is one fragment in the second image that could easily be PSed out. It also looks like you shot these with a point and shoot, very nice work. I'd like to see larger versions.

Second image looks very noisy towards the top.. make a little bit longer of an exposure to keep the darkness.. but get rid of some of the noise would be good.
