I like #2 slightly more.

I love the reflections. The only downside I see to this shot is the tiny bits of noise (yeah I know I'm being picky), which are detrimental to the shot only slightly. I know it's very hard to keep the noise level low at night time anyways though.

Nice shots, just maybe lower the ISO's a tiny bit more, then just make the exposure a tad longer. That should work fine when your shooting a still building.
