I really like the in-focus foreground against this background. Wide angle shot? Regardless, the shoreline feels tipped clockwise to me. I like SOME photos to have a tippy feeling to them, but this one doesn't feel right -- it's too peaceful. Cool perspective though, the building makes a nice addition to the composition.
