Lest start by saying I don’t do people photos so feel free to disregard my idea..s
When I first opened the image I was drawn to her left Brest and thought “poor girl” wonder what happened
On closer inspection I realised that it was her hair and not as my first impression that she had a scar there
So maybe clone out the wispy har to the edge of the Brest
Next time try increasing the space between your subject and the backdrop... I can see the wrinkles lol
