Saw the movie Dreamgirls on Christmas day.
Movie was ok- nothing spectacular.
Good to great acting by all principals - Jamie Fox, Eddie Murphy, Jennifer Hudson, Danny Glover etc.
Music uneven with one exception.
Showstopper song by Jennifer Hudson, American Idol runner up.

Clear Oscar contender for her performance.
I defy anyone who has ever had a love affair end badly to hear this without a lump in their throat.
See the movie if for nothing but this song alone.
