Personally, I like the grey/blue tones in this photo. Plus I like the fair amount of detail you got in the background buildings.

My first impression is I like it but it's just a touch soft in exposure and focus for me so it will niggle at me. The leaning buildings in the background and the far end of the bridge are an easy correct and should be addressed without altering the context of the forepart of the bridge.

It's a bit soft on this post but not on Flickr. I'm not sure how I can correct the background without effecting the foreground composition.
