Driving through the night

Yes, these, too, were taken just for fun. I had taken the events at Hamburg Port before and after midnight on 31 Dec. 2008 and 1 Jan. 2009, and we were on our way home when I couldn't resist to take these through the windscreen (which shows, and I know that it does), out of a shaking car, widest open aperture, at 1600 ISO ("washed" in NeatImage) ... just because I like that bridge ("Köhlbrandbrücke") so much!

And when you come down the bridge, you have to go through customs because you're leaving the port area (no one stops any regular car, ever, not that I'd know of).

And soon comes the turn onto the access road to the motorway.

And off we went. Home and into the Year 2009
