Drongo - Post processing help: Can this image be salvaged?

No, I didn't change anything - but I'm glad you can see them. I used Noiseware for an initial reduction, then Guy Gowan's Processing action as the second step. I then used Lucis Pro to bring back some detail, with a bit of a contrast adjustment.
