As far as I know there are a few Dropbox users on TPF. Figured out you might want to know about the scavenger hunt organized by the site - after fulfilling a few simple tasks you get free 1gb of disc space.

And if you have no idea what dropbox is - it's an online folder for storing your data and syncing it across your computers/smartphones etc. and sharing files with your friends using a small app. It also has a nice photo folder - drop in some photos and it automatically creates a simple gallery to share with your friends or clients. It's pretty useful, especially for photographers. The standard free service includes 2GB of storage space. You can get more if you're willing to pay though

Nice! I just wish dropbox supported synchronized folders other than its own. I moved over to ZumoDrive a while back because you could choose any folder to sync. (You also don't need the physical hard drive space to access the files, which is a nice bonus)

No.. it gets YOU an additional 250mb (and them also)... which is why you started this post, right? To try and get all the free space you can? I suspect you posted more for your benefit than anybody elses....
