Would love to hear the technique you used, if you don't mind sharing.

I used a pluto trigger and valve, I added a little milk to the water to carry the color and light. I used a single flash from the side. 1 secone exposure, 1/128th flash power, F16 and ISO 100. Canon 70D with a 90mm Tamron.
