DSLR or Mirrorless for Wildlife

I do have a EM5 MKii and the 14-150 and 75-300 lens in very good condition that I might be willing to sell. The MKii, unlike the MKiii, does not use PDAF. The AF is very fast but if you are looking to shoot birds in flight then, although you can do it, it will not be the greatest. As I said before the EM5 and the 14-150 are both weather sealed. I have used my Olympus cameras in very bad weather with never an issue.
Look around at reviews. See what matches your requirements. If you are interested in the EM5 pm me

I have the 6D Mark II and it has been great but I suspect not a good match for you. It has been tough but it probably a little bigger than what you want.

I would go with a crop sensor as it gives you more reach for wildlife.

You'll also want some decent glass.

It hasn't been released yet but the Canon M50 mark II looks interesting. it is compact and with an adapter you can spend as much as you'd like on excellent glass. Not sure about durability.

Whatever you do though, get something that is water sealed.
