The colors are a bit clashing. (skin tone vs. scarf/BG) I would like to have seen the bottom of the scarf, and you've cropped quite close to his cap, meaning that if this was framed in vertical format, it would balance much better. Having the background so brightly lit is not harmonious with the look of the model. The DOF is so thin that much of your model is OOF.
