Very Nice.I hope one day to capture an eagle out in the open.I seen one once that had a nest going on the opposite side of train tracks behind a ton of branches In the marsh but real dangerous area to cross + Amtrak Police make it no mans land.

Great shot! If the full head had been in the sun it would have been even better, but that's the difficulty in photographing wild critters. How close did you get? I never seem to get close enough.

Thank you. You do have to very careful of the Amtrak Police they can be very zealous in doing their job.

So far I have been very happy with the Sigma. My number of shots with missed focuses dropped dramatically.
