Eagle shot. C&C ALWAYS appreciated.

Always keeping my entire equipment with me, I'm driving the truck down a gravel road, and looking anywhere but on the road, I spot this beautiful eagle in the tree. I pull over quietly, diesel truck (yea, right), reach into the backseat, pull out the bag, the camera, the Big Sig lens, change the lens, swear because I forgot the tripod, dodge another pick-up coming down the road, cough the gravel dust from my lungs, take a stance, and am amazed he is still there. (He was probably laughing at me and just throwing me a bone.)

Please critique.

Nice set. Your story sounds very familiar. You were probably saying " stay there, stay there" while you were getting your gear together.
